**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Prilep for an Accountant. The Accountant will manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, tracking budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, handling invoices, preparing reports, and assisting in financial forecasting. Collaboration with team members and other departments to optimize financial processes will also be a key aspect of this role.


**Qualifications**


- Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are beneficial
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
