Accountant

On behalf of a 
**foreign accountancy firm with offices in Tirana**
, we are seeking an 
**Accountant**
 for a 
**full-time position (40 hours/week)**
.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger and reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

**Requirements**

- Degree in 
**Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience**
 in an accounting role, preferably in an international environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- ***Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations***
- ***Strong Excel skills***
- **Full professional proficiency in English**
