Advisory Associate (Valuation & Modeling)

**Therefore, we seek talents who possess the following:**

- Higher education with degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in the
**area of financial advisory, valuation and modeling and/or financial controlling**
.
- Knowledge of
**valuation methods**
(DCF and multiples),
**financial statements**
and
**accounting principles**
is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills (knowledge of VBA or SQL would be an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office applications: (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook),
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

**Your future role**

- Develop an understanding of the Deloitte valuation approach, methodology & tools and apply this while performing the tasks assigned.
- Prepare work files and analysis supporting the Valuation & Modeling Scope of Work. The work files generally include financial data summary and analysis of historical, current and future performance of the business under review.
- Gather and synthesize industry information from research sources including internet, trade publications, industry and equity analyst reports and periodical.
- Discussing with clients valuation assumptions, interim and final results.
- Preparation of financial and economic analyses on client companies, comparable transactions and public companies using Deloitte databases and other publicly available information.
- Preparation of individual modules of financial models, proposals and sales pitches.
- Assist with drafting reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits and charts.
- Research market issues and identify market opportunities.
