Appointment Setter

**WE ARE HIRING Senior & Junior Appointment Setters! (Albania) & (Kosovo)**

**Job Type:**
Full-Time

**Job Location:**
Fully Remote (Albania) & (Kosovo)

**Working Time:**
Monday - Friday, 5 PM - 1 AM Tirana Time.

**Role Summary:**

This is a pure outbound role focused on
**setting appointments**
for a solar panels business. You’ll do
**300 cold calls per day**
, and aim to book
**at least 1 qualified appointment per day**
that converts into real sales opportunity.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong outbound messaging and objection-handling skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Energetic
- Fluent English
- No other occupations
- MUST LIVE IN ALBANIA or KOSOVO
- Have your own equipment (Laptop + Headphones + Internet Connection)

*For Seniors (Extra):*

- 2+ years of experience in outbound Sales
- Proven track of results
