**What we are looking for?**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated junior professional who is eager to learn and develop skills in accounting and audit, with good analytical, planning, and organizational abilities, to join our fast-growing audit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is interested in gaining hands-on experience, working with experienced professionals, and building a strong foundation in audit and finance. The role offers continuous learning, exposure to different clients and industries, and clear opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Qualifications and skills required:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory)
- Strong interest in building a career in audit and accounting
- Good communication skills in both English and Albanian
- Good analytical and numerical abilities, with attention to detail
- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (willingness to improve is key!)
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
- Strong motivation to learn, grow, and develop professionally
- Good time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines, with guidance and support from the team
