Back End Developer

**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer, based in Tirana with the flexibility for some remote work. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining server-side systems, ensuring optimal performance, data security, and functionality. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing APIs, and integrating front-end components with server-side logic to deliver seamless user experiences.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Experience with Programming in languages relevant to back-end and front-end development
- Familiarity with Front-End Development to support integration with server-side architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in cloud-based technologies or database management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
