**About the Role**
**We’re hiring a Brand Ambassador with a strong sales mindset to support outreach, relationship-building, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who has sales experience (any industry), speaks excellent English, and learns quickly. You’ll be trained on our internal processes and our custom ERP system (Odoo) to ensure smooth follow-ups and accurate tracking.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential customers via phone, email, and social platforms
- Qualify leads, identify needs, and schedule consultations/appointments with the team
- Follow up with interested prospects, answer basic questions, and move conversations forward
- Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and next steps in our ERP system (Odoo)
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely responses and a strong customer experience
- Support onboarding of new leads/customers by collecting required information and confirming details
- Assist with sales support tasks such as confirmations, reminders, and post-interaction follow-ups
- Continuously improve messaging and outreach based on results and feedback
**Required Qualifications**
- Prior experience in sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles (industry not required)
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Quick learner with the ability to master new tools and workflows
- Comfortable working New York business hours (EST)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with CRM/ERP tools (especially Odoo)
- Experience with cold calling, lead qualification, or appointment setting
- Strong organization and follow-through
