**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Tirana, Albania. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing long-term relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing market trends, generating leads, creating business strategies, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet business objectives.

**Qualifications**

- Strong business acumen including skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Networking
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities and drive performance
- Experience working in procurement, supply chain, or sustainability-related industries is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proficiency in English and additional language skills are beneficial
