**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls remotely. You will also perform administrative tasks, including answering calls and scheduling meetings. Strong internet connectivity and experience with communication tools are required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and make live transfers
- Qualify prospects and resolve client queries
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with clients

**Requirements:**

- Laptop/Desktop with a minimum CPU score of 4000 (AMD Ryzen / Intel i5 8th Gen or higher) and at least 8 GB RAM; must run Windows 11 or a recent macOS version
- Fiber optic internet connection
- Ability to work 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days a week, within EST hours (shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM EST)
- Excellent command of English
- Comfortable handling objections and engaging in professional conversation
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and growth mindset

**Compensation & Benefits:**

- Base monthly salary: USD $700
- Performance-based bonuses: up to USD $500 per month
