**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carrier Sales professional, based in Štip. The Carrier Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations, building and maintaining relationships with carriers, negotiating freight costs, and ensuring the successful execution of shipments. The role involves facilitating communication between internal teams, resolving service issues, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization through sales and account development.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in Freight Brokerage and sales processes within the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster effective collaboration and resolve issues
- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow carrier relationships
- Ability to identify and capitalize on Sales opportunities to grow business revenue
- Experience in negotiating rates and managing logistics operations is highly desirable
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities for managing dynamic situations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
