**Job Summary**

The Chief Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s full accounting cycle, including tax declarations, financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, and cash flow management. The role ensures compliance with corporate policies and local regulations while overseeing internal financial procedures to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to HQ.

**Ideal Candidate**

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing independent accounting functions. They possess organizational skills, are comfortable handling multiple financial processes simultaneously, and can work effectively under pressure while meeting strict reporting deadlines.

**Job Description**

- Prepare and submit tax declarations and manage customs practices.
- Maintain cash accounts and manage bank accounts.
- Manage sales and purchase books and oversee the fiscal invoicing system.
- Perform reconciliation with third parties, accounts payable (local and foreign suppliers), accounts receivable, and bank statements.
- Record expenses, allocate costs, and prepare and monitor cash flow reports.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory for goods and company assets.
- Manage accounting and tracking of company assets.
- Lead monthly financial consolidation, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, equity, and PPE reporting.
- Manage Operating Company financial submissions in line with corporate timelines and report to HQ Finance accordingly.
- Ensure proper recognition and alignment of accounting treatments with legal and business requirements.
- Developing and overseeing internal procedures that regulate accounting and financial activities of the company and team members.

**Job Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in independent accounting roles.
- Fluency in English （mandatory）.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
