**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven
**Compliance Administrator**
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, values accuracy, and understands the importance of compliance in regulated care environments. You’ll be confident working across systems, building trusted relationships with clinicians and internal teams, and supporting compliance processes that keep services safe, audit-ready, and running without disruption.
**Key Qualifications and Competencies**
· Previous experience in administration, compliance, or operational support within a regulated environment.
· Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
Confidence working across multiple systems, including document management, compliance, and tracking platforms.
· Understanding of compliance processes such as Right to Work, DBS, training records, and audit preparation (or willingness to learn).
· Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clinicians and internal stakeholders.
· Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
· Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Support the coordination and tracking of clinician compliance requirements, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
· Monitor compliance expiries and follow up with clinicians to ensure requirements are completed on time.
· Maintain real-time accuracy across compliance systems, proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
· Assist with audit preparation and internal compliance checks to meet regulatory and organisational standards.
· Coordinate and track mandatory training, ensuring completion is recorded correctly across systems.
· Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries, providing clear guidance and timely support.
· Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and support the implementation of updated policies and procedures.
