We are currently looking to incorporate Construction Manager into our
**Lantania Infraestructure**
division.

**Minimum Experience**
: 10 years

**Required Background:**
Civil Engineer

**Profile Summary:**

Ensures all civil works on site are executed according to approved planning and technical specifications.

Coordinates daily work activities with subcontractors.

Leads daily coordination meetings on site.

Chairs the weekly progress meeting with all stakeholders.

Monitors work progress and identifies deviations from schedule.

Proposes and implements corrective actions when needed.

Ensures subcontractors fulfill their responsibilities and follow safety standards.

Acts as the main technical and operational reference on site.
