**Role Description**
The Customer Care Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the District of Skopje, North Macedonia. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate information. Daily tasks include resolving issues related to accounts, payments, and digital services, monitoring customer requests, and escalating complex cases when needed. The Customer Care Officer maintains customer records, follows internal procedures, and collaborates with other teams to improve service quality. The role also involves proactively identifying recurring problems, suggesting improvements, and supporting customer education on Paysera’s products and services.
**Qualifications**
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with effective Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries at once, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under time pressure.
- Comfort with digital tools and online banking or fintech platforms; prior experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving customer experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the District of Skopje, North Macedonia and collaborate within a diverse, multilingual team.
- Fluency in local language and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant education in business, finance, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
