, you will guide new users through a smooth onboarding journey, lead virtual demos and trainings, simplify technical concepts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer starts confidently and successfully.

**Your Daily Tasks**

- Guide newly subscribed customers through a smooth onboarding process
- Conduct product demos and virtual training sessions
- Clearly explain complex technical concepts in a simple and friendly manner
- Actively listen and tailor support to each customer's experience level
- Identify common pain points and relay valuable feedback to the team
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding

**The Qualifications We Seek**

- **Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Onboarding, or Account Management**
- Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking on calls and on camera
- **Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly**
- Friendly, proactive, and empathetic with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to spot user feedback and improvement areas
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment

**Job Overview**

Employment type: Indefinite (Full-time)

Shift: Day Shift, weekends off

Work setup: Onsite, Business Center Manhattan Kapistec, Skopje, Macedonia
