**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Tirana. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing client concerns, fostering customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Their daily tasks include managing client interactions via phone and other communication channels, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries. The role also involves consistently monitoring and improving customer support effectiveness to contribute to client success.

**Qualifications**

- The candidate must possess proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service within the digital marketing field.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Ability to work on-site and collaboratively with team members
- Experience in digital marketing or technology services
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
