Monday–Friday (Full Day) + Saturday (Half Day)
**Reports To:**
Operations Manager / Director of Operations
**Salary:**
$900 per month
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a
**high-performing Remote Customer Support & Appointment Conversion Specialist**
to convert inbound calls and form submissions into
**qualified, scheduled appointments**
for our sales team. This is a
**performance-driven, revenue-adjacent role**
that requires speed, accuracy, and excellent customer communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer all inbound calls on the first ring
- Contact missed calls and form leads within 5 minutes
- Qualify customers and schedule first-available appointments
- Ensure accurate territory and calendar assignment
- Maintain complete and timely CRM documentation
- Deliver a professional, confident, and friendly customer experience
**Responsibilities During Non-Call Time**
- Perform basic online research related to customers or properties
- Assist with light administrative and operational tasks
- Draft customer messages and summarize notes using AI tools
- Maintain inbox organization and follow-up queues
**Key Competencies**
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Sales-support mindset with a customer-first approach
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Ability to quickly learn and recall geographic territories
- Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
- Proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and AI tools
**Performance Expectations (KPIs)**
- First-ring call answer rate
- 5-minute callback time
- ≥70% lead-to-appointment conversion rate
- High scheduling and CRM accuracy
