Data Analyst

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for aligning with and driving our client’s sustainability and renewable energy initiatives through advanced data analytics, data modeling, and performance tracking. This role combines technical expertise, financial modelling, and regulatory research to optimize project outcomes and deliver tailored solutions to clients. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in data management, energy modelling, and project coordination preferably within the renewable energy sector.

3pm-11pm CET

Remote and/or in Office
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage large datasets for 500+ sites using tools like Pisces and Energy Toolbase.
- Ensure data accuracy, including verifying addresses, property ownership, and energy-related inputs.
- Process and repair datasets in various formats (KML, KMZ, GSON, GEO, CSV)
- Develop, run, and refine financial models for solar installations using Energy Toolbase.
- Consolidate data outputs into detailed Excel models for project proposals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and present client-specific tailored content and daily updates to align with their needs and schedules.
- Conduct in-depth research on electricity tariffs, regulatory policies, and energy market trends.
- Interpret U.S. power regulations and integrate them into project planning.
- Ensure all projects align with regional and national energy compliance standards.
- Coordinate daily check-ins with clients to review schedules and project status.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure data integration and proposal alignment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data formats, including data modelling and analysis.
- Experience with mapping and property verification tools (e.g., Pisces, GIS software).
- Familiarity with energy modelling platforms like Energy Toolbase or similar platforms.
- Ability to process, repair, and analyze complex datasets.
- Understanding of U.S. electricity tariffs, regulations, and renewable energy policies.
- Background in renewable energy, particularly solar installations would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
- Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable format.
- Experience in developing and structuring client proposals.
