**Job Description:**

We are looking for a
**Junior Data Analytics**
to join our team and support the development of modern data solutions using Microsoft and enterprise data technologies.

This position is offered
**as a fixed-term contract**
and is also open to professionals available for
**B2B engagement**
.

**Candidates available to start ASAP are strongly preferred.**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the design and development of ETL/ELT pipelines using
**Microsoft Azure Data Factory**
.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models in
**Microsoft Power BI**
(DAX basics, Power Query, data modeling).
- Assist with data processing tasks using
**Azure Synapse Analytics**
(SQL, serverless pools, data exploration).
- Contribute to the creation and management of virtualized datasets using
**TIBCO Data Virtualization**
.
- Participate in building integrated analytics solutions using
**Microsoft Fabric**
(Data Engineering, Data Factory, Power BI).
- Collaborate with senior engineers and business teams to understand functional requirements.
- Help optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement basic data validation and quality checks.
- Maintain clear and consistent technical documentation.
- Support project planning, coordination of tasks, and communication across teams.

**Skills and Qualifications**

- **1–2 years of experience**
in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
- Good knowledge of
**Microsoft Power BI**
(DAX fundamentals, data modeling).
- Familiarity with
**Azure Data Factory**
(pipelines, triggers, activities).
- Basic use of
**Azure Synapse Analytics**
(SQL queries, data exploration).
- Understanding of
**TIBCO Data Virtualization**
or similar concepts.
- Exposure to
**Microsoft Fabric**
is a plus.
- Strong foundational SQL skills.
- Understanding of relational models, star schemas, and analytical datasets.
- Basic familiarity with version control (Git).
- Ability to create documentation and communicate technical insights clearly.
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
