**Tasks**
**Stakeholder collaboration and hypothesis development:**

- Take part in regular exchanges with AOC stakeholders to identify relevant hypotheses for process mining
- Identify relevant data sources with teams to enhance current data models and simulation tools

**Process mining and data analysis:**

- Analyze smart buffers in large datasets from Obelisk, integrating insights from additional data sources using Python
- Preprocess large datasets for further usage in external simulation tools
- Collaborate with AOC Operations Performance representatives to conduct root-cause analyses

**Requirements definition and workflow automation:**

- Define detailed requirements for RobustOps development
- Enhance workflows with a focus on automation to streamline operations
- Build and maintain knowledge management system

**Requirements**
**Education:**

- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical discipline.

**Personality and working style:**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and structured approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with international teams
- Proactive and innovative mindset for driving continuous improvement

**Experience and expertise:**

- Proven experience in data analysis, process mining, or related technical domains
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Familiarity with large-scale data systems like Obelisk.
- Proficiency in creating data visualizations. Above average skills in PowerBI desired
- General airline knowledge is required
- Business English

**Willingness to travel:**

- Occasional travel (1-2 days per month) within Europe
