**Who You Are**

We’re looking for a
**Linux/Web Systems Administrator**

to join our DevOps team. In this role, you’ll develop, maintain, and manage infrastructure to improve reliability, performance, and delivery across multiple projects, partnering closely with engineering to accelerate shipping and operational excellence. You’ll focus on container‑centric operations, observability, CI/CD, and secure, scalable infrastructure for data‑intensive, latency‑sensitive workloads.

**Ideally, you have the following skills:**

- Hands‑on Linux administration with production experience running containerized applications and orchestration.
- DevOps/SRE mindset with a track record of improving deployment speed, reliability, and actionable feedback loops.
- Daily experience with Linux, containers, and an orchestration platform (e.g., Kubernetes or similar) for production workloads.
- Git‑based workflows and CI/CD (e.g., GitHub/Jenkins) to automate build, test, release, and rollback paths.
- Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform/Ansible) and declarative environment management across multiple stages.
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and secure service connectivity across clouds/services.
- Observability design: metrics, tracing, structured logs, and alerting for distributed, real‑time systems.
- GPU workloads, video capture/streaming, real‑time inference, and edge‑to‑cloud data flows are desirable.
- Comfortable collaborating across sites (Boston, Prishtina, Skopje) in fast‑moving, product‑oriented teams.
- Advanced English is mandatory; Albanian or Macedonian are extras.

**Your day will include tasks like:**

- Designing and owning CI/CD with automated testing, safe rollbacks, and environment parity across stages.
- Codifying infrastructure with IaC for reproducible, auditable, multi‑region deployments and drift control.
- Building end‑to‑end observability (metrics, logs, traces) to pinpoint bottlenecks and improve latency/throughput.
- Implementing autoscaling and validating disaster‑recovery paths.
- Enforcing security and networking: identity/access, secrets, network policies, and encryption in transit/at rest.
- Partnering with engineering and product to clarify requirements, streamline pipelines, and speed developer feedback loops.
