**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirana for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing various social media platforms, analyzing web and campaign performance using analytics tools, implementing strategies to improve online presence, and effectively communicating marketing initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and a deep understanding of Digital Marketing strategies
- Ability to utilize Web Analytics tools and develop data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
- Experience in Online Marketing techniques and best practices
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey ideas clearly
- Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and industry tools
- Relevant experience in digital marketing roles is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
