**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role based in Skopje. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with drivers, monitoring shipment progress, managing logistics, addressing client inquiries, optimizing routes, and maintaining accurate records of operations. The Dispatcher will also work closely with the team to resolve issues and improve efficiency within logistics operations.
