**Role Description**

We are seeking an Electrical Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Albania. The Electrical Specialist will handle tasks that include designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment. This professional will ensure compliance with safety and technical standards while providing reliable support for day-to-day power generation and electrical operations. The role also involves creating detailed electrical designs, inspecting systems for functionality, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless project execution.


**Qualifications**


- Strong background in Electricity, Electrical Design, and Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting Power Generation systems
- Experience with inspecting, repairing, and managing Electrical Equipment
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving electrical issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to meet organizational goals
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations related to electrical systems
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role or within IT-related industries will be an advantage
