**Entry-Level Recruiter (No Experience Required)**
**Location: On-site, Rruga Gramoz Pashko, Tirana, Albania**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00**
**Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Contract**

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in recruitment and human resources, with no previous experience or qualifications required.
Full training is provided from day one. You will be part of a supportive and structured environment where you can develop practical skills in communication, candidate management, and the recruitment process.
This role is particularly well-suited for university students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking their first professional office-based position.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reviewing and screening candidate applications
- Contacting candidates via phone, email, and online platforms
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms
- Maintaining and updating candidate records and databases
- Conducting basic pre-screening conversations with applicants
- Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
**Requirements**
- No experience required; full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable speaking with candidates via phone and online
- Basic computer literacy
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Tirana during the stated hours
