**About the Role**
We are looking for a reliable and organized
**Transportation Scheduling Assistant**
to join our team and support the daily scheduling needs of a healthcare facility in the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in administration, coordination, or virtual assistant work. No healthcare experience is required, as
**full training will be provided**
. The role primarily involves coordinating transportation appointments, updating schedules, communicating with team members, and ensuring information is accurately recorded.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Schedule transportation appointments for residents attending medical visits.
- Assist with coordinating staff escorts when required.
- Update and maintain schedules throughout the day.
- Communicate with team members via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Enter and update information in company systems and portals.
- Confirm appointment details and transportation arrangements.
- Help resolve scheduling changes or appointment updates when they arise.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is up to date.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the operations team.

- Strong English communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional and friendly communication style.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
**Software & Tools Used**
Training will be provided on all systems used in the role, including:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- Phone and messaging applications
- Scheduling platforms and internal company systems
- MAS Portal
