As an
**Executive Assistant**
, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior executive, managing schedules, coordination, communications, and daily workflows. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate operations while maintaining a healthy, sustainable work-life balance.

**Your Daily Tasks**
- Arrange meetings, travel, and accommodation
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items as required
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts professionally
- Support day-to-day marketing and operational tasks
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
- Anticipate needs and help streamline daily workflows
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
**The Qualifications We Seek**
- **1 to 5 years of relevant experience**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Desirable
- Previous administrative or office experience (internship or part-time acceptable)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and expense tracking
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
