**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Export Sales Manager based in Skopje. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for market research and identifying new international business opportunities, developing and executing export strategies, building long-term relationships with clients, negotiating sales contracts, and achieving sales targets in international markets. The role requires coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery, and adherence to export regulations and compliance standards.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in Export and International Business with a strong understanding of global trade regulations and practices
- Proven experience in Sales and International Sales, including client acquisition and relationship management
- Proficiency in Business Planning and developing strategic sales initiatives
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and culturally diverse business environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales/CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and business development
