**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana for a Field Sales Agent. The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating products, and providing professional support to clients. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, delivering training sessions, offering excellent customer service, and actively promoting the company's products to meet sales targets and increase market presence.


**Qualifications**


- Strong Field Service and Sales skills to effectively demonstrate and deliver products and meet targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in delivering Training and product presentations to clients or end-users.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in medical or aesthetic device sales is an asset.
- Proficiency in English and Albanian; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
