**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site position for Halisof Technologies aluminium and glass factory
located
in Xhafzotaj, Albania with trasnoprtation included. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations. The individual will support accounting processes, maintain financial records, and work closely with team members to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role requires regular communication with the central finance department and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company's financial objectives are achieved effectively.

**Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Statements
- Proven skills in Accounting and maintaining accurate financial records
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for data analysis and financial forecasting
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with financial software and tools
- Fluent in English
(Italian is considered a strong advantage)
- Experience in production/construction or related industries is a plus
