**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financier/e, located in Tirana. The Financier/e will be responsible for managing financial analysis, creating financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, and conducting due diligence. They will play a key role in supporting strategic financial decisions, preparing reports, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Expertise in Finance, including budgeting and financial planning
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling to support strategic decision-making
- Experience in Investment Banking and evaluating investment opportunities
- Proven ability to perform Due Diligence and assess financial risks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
