We are seeking a talented Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Albania on a freelance basis. In this role, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital products and solutions that solve complex business challenges across various industries.


### Key Responsibilities



- \*\*End-to-end Development:\*\* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- \*\*Technical Problem-Solving:\*\* Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and bugs
- \*\*Collaboration:\*\* Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers
- \*\*Implementation:\*\* Transform wireframes and designs into responsive, functional features
- \*\*Quality Assurance:\*\* Ensure code quality through testing and adherence to best practices
- \*\*Technology Leadership:\*\* Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in full stack development

### Requirements



- \*\*Experience:\*\* 3+ years of professional full stack development experience
- \*\*Technical Skills:\*\* Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.)
- \*\*Database Knowledge:\*\* Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- \*\*Problem-Solving:\*\* Strong analytical skills and systematic approach to challenges
- \*\*Communication:\*\* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- \*\*Adaptability:\*\* Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements
