***What You’ll Do – Responsibilities and Tasks***

In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

***Your activities will include:***

- Coordinating software development while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
- Managing support and maintenance in compliance with SLAs
- Writing detailed technical and application analyses according to company standards
- Supervising development and support for assigned projects
- Promptly resolving issues identified during the testing phase
- Proposing technical and process improvements to the R&D team
- Supporting the Project Manager during technical analysis phases
- Monitoring project progress and reporting any critical issues
- Developing software following company methodologies and guidelines
- Managing support requests through a ticketing system

Languages and technologies: C# | ASP.NET Core | Microsoft SQL Server | VueJS
