What You'll Do:

Create visually engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal content.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for email campaigns and social media.

Experience designing email marketing campaigns (layouts, visuals, and basic best practices for email design.

Apply solid principles of typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Handle multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy.

Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency.

Skills Required:

Completed education in Graphic Design or a related field.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (including Photoshop, Illustrator),  Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Familiarity with admin panels for content management.

Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.

Proficiency in organizational tools like Trello and Slack.

Team-oriented with good collaboration and communication skills.

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Schedule: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm (flexibility to adapt to the needs of a U.S. market and time zones)

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with design automation.

Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams.

Experience designing for email marketing campaigns.
