The company operates offices on 2 locations in the cities of Ohrid & Skopje, with various roles across engineering, product, support, sales and growth available.
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join us in our conquest of new markets.
**Role Description:**
- Creation and implementation of a strategy to identify opportunities for placing existing and new software products/services.
- Managing and analyzing lead generation channels.
- Strategic thinking—understanding mid-to-long-term positioning and setting goals for business development and improvement.
- Presenting products and the company to potential clients through online video conferences, calls, emails, direct communication—meetings in person, etc.
- Managing the company’s pipeline, setting goals, and tracking their execution.
- Negotiating and closing partnership agreements with new clients and partners, with support from the product team for preparing more complex offers/solutions.
- Identifying inefficient processes in the organizational setup of potential clients and opportunities for automation using applications.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal product and development teams.
**Required Experience & Skills:**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing of enterprise IT solutions.
- Technical proficiency in using applications such as G Suite tools, CRM systems, LLMs / AI tools, sales automation and outreach platforms etc.
- Advanced analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with concise expression in writing and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of operational and commercial processes in companies from wholesale, finance, manufacturing, retail, etc.
- Proactivity and self-initiative.
- Professional proficiency in Macedonian and English.
- Flexible approach to work and adaptability to a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
