We are looking for a Growth Specialist who will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting the wellbeing and performance of our teams.

**What you’ll be doing**
**Client Growth & Partnership**
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and identify opportunities for team expansion and growth
• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Gather and translate client requirements into actionable plans
**Business Growth**
• Identify opportunities for upsales and new business
• Support onboarding of new clients and projects
• Collaborate with management on growth initiatives and strategies
**People Engagement**
• Stay close to the teams and support team wellbeing and engagement
• Act as a bridge between management, clients, and team members
• Ensure transparent communication and strong team alignment
• Proactively identify and address challenges
**Coordination & Operations**
• Coordinate activities such as business travel and client-related logistics
• Ensure smooth execution of client requirements and internal processes
• Support overall operational alignment between teams and client expectations
**What we’re looking for?**
• Experience working closely with clients and managing relationships
• Strong understanding of business growth, upsales, and client expansion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance people-first approach with business goals
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
**Nice to have**
• Experience in outsourcing, consulting, or service-based environments
• Background in client success, account management, or team coordination
• Experience working with international clients
