GTM Engineer

Injini Consulting is looking for a GTM Engineer to design and build the systems that power our outbound, operations, and growth.

This role is for someone who enjoys building things from scratch, connecting tools, and designing creative workflows that make teams faster and more efficient.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the automation and data infrastructure behind our GTM operations, supporting both our internal team and our clients. If you enjoy experimenting with tools, solving problems creatively, and turning messy processes into scalable systems, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Build automation systems from scratch using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Design and maintain workflow automations across multiple tools
- Connect platforms through APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Build lead sourcing and enrichment pipelines
- Design and maintain GTM infrastructure for outbound campaigns
- Create internal tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Continuously improve internal processes through automation
- Experiment with new tools and technologies to improve efficiency
- Support the team and clients with data, automation, and operational systems

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Strong ability to connect tools and build systems from scratch
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Experience with Clay or other enrichment platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience with outbound workflows, GTM operations, and lead generation systems
- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking
- A creative mindset and curiosity to experiment with new tools
- Experience with light scripting
- Experience designing complex multi-step automations
- Familiarity with data pipelines and operational tooling
