**The Opportunity**
*We are looking for a hungry, ambitious Associate GTM Recruiter who is ready to evolve into a Marketplace Operations Lead.*
This is not a standard corporate recruiting gig where you stare at LinkedIn Recruiter all day. You will be the right hand to the
**Head of SDRs**
, working side-by-side with a "People-First" leader to scale two massive initiatives:
1. **The Engine:**
Finding and locking in top-tier GTM talent (SDRs, AEs, Growth Managers, GTM Engineers).
2. **The Platform:**
Taking our internal SDR Marketplace from Beta to a fully integrated, client-facing powerhouse.
**This role is designed for someone who values experience, mentorship, and high-growth potential. The base model is performance-driven, but the "resume equity" you will build here is invaluable. You aren't just learning to recruit; you are learning how to build a tech platform and operationalize a sales org.**
**What You’ll Build & Execute**
**1. The Recruitment Engine (High Volume & High Standards)**
You will own the end-to-end cycle for our core GTM roles. You have full autonomy to run this your way—whether that’s high-energy
**Batch Interviews**
or deep-dive
**1-on-1s**
.
- **The Roles:**
SDRs (High Volume), Growth Managers, GTM Engineers, and Account Executives.
- **The Process:**
Source, Screen, Interview, and Close. You own the candidate experience from "Hello" to "You're Hired."
- **The Goal:**
***We aim for 15–20 SDR hires and ~3 Strategic hires per month.***
**2. The Marketplace Operations (The Strategy)**
You will act as the Assistant Lead for the
**SDR Marketplace**
. You aren't just finding people; you are analyzing the
*data*
behind the people.
- **Data & Reporting:**
Help the Head of SDRs build the "Moneyball" metrics. How many profiles does a client need to see? What is the interview-to-hire ratio? You will track the conversion data that proves our ROI.
- **Visuals & Tech:**
Assist in building the visual assets for the marketplace and help transition the project from a Beta version to a fully integrated platform.
- **Demo Enablement:**
Help build the "Demo Platform" that our AEs will use to show off the marketplace to prospective clients.

**Compensation Structure (Per Signed Hire):**
1000 USD/Month

per SDR hire (Targeting 15-20/month)
- **đź’¸ $100.00**
per Growth Manager, GTM Engineer, or AE hire
- *Note: Compensation is paid upon the candidate's formal acceptance and completion of the hiring process.*
