As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Tour Sales & Itinerary Planner to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities:**

·

Engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences and providing personalized recommendations.

·        Propose commercially viable decisions on new and changes to existing products to ensure our products are optimized for our customer base.

·        Become expert in the destinations you are responsible for allowing reservations and client questions to be answered quickly.

·        Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our diverse range of travel packages and services.

·        Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

·

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the agency's products and services.

·

Collect and utilize customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

·

Bachelor's degree in Travel Marketing, or a related field.

·

Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.

·

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Passion for travel and a keen understanding of the tourism industry.

·

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

·

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
