**Plant Health & Safety Engineer**
to join the team in Nikolic


As the
**Health & Safety Engineer**
, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with H&S policy and procedures, while actively promoting the site’s H&S culture, reporting directly to Plant Health, Safety & Environment Manager.


**What you will need to do:**

- Control and maintain a safe and clean working environment by securing those procedures, rules and regulations are followed
- Promete and enhance health & safety culture across the site
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and standards through audits, inspection, analysis of findings and implementation of corrective actions
- Support the development and implementation of Health & Safety initiatives in line with legislation and company standards
- Assist in the maintenance of the Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001)

Conduct accident and incident investigation & ensures the implementation of an effective event management



- Support Plant H&S Manager on developing and delivering Health & Safety training programs

**What you need to possess:**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Chemical Engineering or relevant field
- Up to 2 years’ experience in similar positions
- Familiarity with Bulgarian legislation and safety management system ISO 45001 will be considered an asset
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a challenging industrial environment
- Ability to creatively solve complex problems with continuous improvement
