Healthcare Phone Validation Specialist – Ukrainian Speakers

**Job Description**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable freelancer to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our healthcare data. This project involves conducting outbound phone validation with healthcare institutions (hospitals, doctors’ offices, clinics, etc.) to verify and validate pre-existing information.

This is a remote freelance role requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with availability aligned to standard business hours in the target market. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, communicating professionally with Ukrainian-speaking healthcare providers, cross-checking information, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.

**Qualifications**

- Native or near-native fluency in Ukrainian and good English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals over the phone
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to accurately verify, document, and maintain data quality
- Willingness and ability to participate in role-specific training
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, research, data validation, or administrative support is an advantage
- Familiarity with healthcare systems or medical terminology is beneficial but not required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

- Stable internet connection (10 Mbps or higher)
- Active communication and responsiveness to project-related inquiries
- Availability during CET-aligned healthcare business hours (Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CET, with possible variations)
- Availability to commit approximately 40 hours per week
- Motivation to learn and follow detailed rules, processes, and training materials
- Ability to consistently meet quality standards and weekly KPIs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
