- Provide

**Your Profile**

✅ Very good
**Italian or French language skills (minimum C1 level)**

✅ Previous experience in
**customer service or helpdesk**
is an advantage

✅ Good
**IT user skills**

✅ Strong
**communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude**
