**Role Description**

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our team at MEGATEK S.A. in Tirana, Albania. This on-site role involves managing day-to-day HR activities, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and administering personnel management processes. The specialist will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient HR operations and alignment with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
- Proficiency in Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
- Strong understanding of employment laws and labor regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Previous experience in retail or similar
