Royal York Property Management is hiring experienced sales professionals to join our growth team as an
**Inbound Sales Representative**
. If you’re confident on the phone, move fast on new leads, and follow up with discipline, we want to hear from you.

**What you’ll be doing (high level)**

- Contact inbound leads and manage scheduled follow-ups daily
- Qualify prospects, ask strong questions, and communicate value clearly
- Book calls/demos and drive next steps forward
- Keep your pipeline clean and up to date in the CRM

**Requirements (must-have)**

- **5+ years of sales experience**
(phone-based sales preferred)
- **Noise-cancelling headset**
- Computer with
**16GB RAM (minimum)**
- **Dual monitor setup + webcam**
- **100 Mbps internet speed minimum**
