IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced
**Digital & IT Manager**
to lead IT and Digital strategy and operations across multiple countries and brands. This role is critical in ensuring system stability, enabling business growth, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead Digital & IT strategy aligned with business and growth objectives

• Manage POS platforms and core restaurant systems (Oracle Simphony, legacy systems)

• Lead technology delivery for new restaurant openings and rollouts

• Act as main contact for global vendors and franchisor (Oracle, RBI, Acrelec, fiscal partners)

• Define IT governance, RACI models, and operational standards

• Own customer-facing digital platforms (kiosks, mobile, web)

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Marketing

• Manage incidents and escalations for critical systems

• Support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT/Digital roles, including leadership

• Strong knowledge of POS and digital platforms

• Experience in vendor and IT project management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent English proficiency
