Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java/Spring Boot
- Experience with microservices architectures
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Knowledge of software design principles and clean code practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have:

- Experience developing or maintaining CRM

Languages:

- English – good working proficiency
- Italian – (it's a plus)
