Java Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Java Developer with around 3 years of professional experience and proficiency in the Italian language to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in full stack development activities, working on both front end and back end components under the guidance of senior team members. Fluency in Italian is required to effectively collaborate with Italian speaking colleagues and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of software solutions that support our organization and its clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.

**Required Qualifications**

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Excellent knowledge of Java EE (JEE).
- Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools: SVN, GitLab-CI.
- Strong expertise in PrimeFaces, JSP, and JSF frameworks.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian (mandatory).
