We are looking for a
**Junior Business/System Analyst**
to join our
**Core Banking**
projects team.


This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working with banking systems, client-facing projects, and end-to-end project delivery.



- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business processes and/or
**IT systems**
(banking knowledge is a plus, not a must)
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with clients
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Motivation to learn, grow, and build a career in Core Banking systems

**Your future role**

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into
**functional specifications**
- Participate in
**analytical workshops**
, meetings, and client calls to understand processes, challenges, and business needs
- Be involved in
**all stages of the project delivery lifecycle**
- Support
**User Acceptance Testing**
(UAT) and functional testing activities
- Provide
**day-to-day support**
on ongoing projects
- Assist Project Managers with:
- Project planning
- Risk & issue reporting
- Data migration activities
- Continuously develop expertise in the products delivered by obtaining vendor certifications
