**Job Description**

As a
**Junior Drafting Technician**
, you'll create accurate residential and commercial floorplans using proprietary CAD software. You'll collaborate with a talented drafting team to produce 3D virtual tours that redefine property visualization-all while maintaining quality, accuracy, and work-life harmony.

**Your Daily Tasks**

- Operate computer-assisted design and drafting workstations.
- Interpret panoramic images and 2D data sets to generate accurate floorplan files.
- Check and verify finished drawings against drafting standards.
- Review task queues, transfer files, and monitor key performance indicators within the cloud portal.
- Escalate issues to team leads within the draft operations organization.
- Perform other duties as necessary.

**The Qualifications We Seek**

- **1 to 3 years of relevant experience.**
- Strong visual and spatial understanding.
- Demonstrated interest in building architecture, floorplan design, or computer-aided drafting.
- **High degree of computer literacy and familiarity with Windows or Mac OS.**
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and meet performance targets under pressure.
- Interest in developing technical skills through ongoing training.

Additional Assets (Bonus Points)

- **Experience using CAD software**
or similar modeling/drafting programs.
- College or university degree preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Working Conditions

- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
- Occasional overtime as required.
