**The Role**

The Junior Operations Coordinator supports the operations team in managing daily business activities, coordinating internal processes, and assisting with operational projects. This role helps ensure tasks are completed efficiently, deadlines are met, and communication between departments runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational activities.
- Support the operations team with organizational and administrative tasks.
- Track project progress and help ensure timelines are met.
- Communicate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflows.
- Maintain and update operational documents, records, and reports.
- Monitor tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
- Prepare operational reports and summaries for management.
- Ensure company procedures and policies are followed.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
